PASSIVE ISOLATED TRANSMITTER - SEPARATOR • I > I

The compact passive signal converter/isolator is designed for galvanic isolation and transmission of standard current signals 0/4…20 mA in industrial measurement and control systems. It does not require any externalpower supply.
It is available in single-channel or dual-channel versions for DIN rail mounting housed in an enclosure only 12.5 mm wide. Galvanic isolation limits the occurrence of ground loops and increases the measurement system’s resistance to interference and differences in ground potentials.
An optional HART-transparent version is also available, which allows bidirectional passage of HART digital communication along with the analog current signal.
The compact design and no need for external power supply enable easy installation in electrical cabinets even in space-constrained applications.
